Important Notice: By registering on the ec365 platform or using any of its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted all of the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree with the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1. General Provisions

ec365 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services in Bangladesh and other designated markets. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ec365 ("we", "our", "platform") and the registered user of the platform ("you", "member").

These terms are written in Bengali and apply specifically to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any interpretive dispute regarding the terms, ec365's decision shall be considered final. This document must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the same legal framework.

"Services" refers to the ec365 website, mobile browser version, cricket betting, slot games, fishing games, live casino, diving games, loyalty program, and all related features.

2. Account Registration

Registering a personal account is mandatory to actively play or place bets on the ec365 platform. During registration, you must provide the following information accurately:

  • Full legal name (as shown on your National ID card or passport)
  • Active mobile number (Bangladeshi number required)
  • A valid and working email address
  • Date of birth (for age verification)

Each person may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts will result in permanent termination of all accounts and the associated balances may be forfeited. 2.1 Updating Account Information

If any of your details change after registration (such as your mobile number or email), you must inform our support team as soon as possible. ec365 is not responsible for delays in account verification caused by incorrect information.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

For ages 21 and above: ec365 is for individuals aged 21 or older only. Registration and gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.

At the time of registration and before the first withdrawal, ec365 may complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. The following documents may be requested for this purpose:

  • A clear photo of your National ID card (NID) or passport
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method used

If any submitted document is found to be false or forged, the account will be terminated immediately and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

ec365 currently processes transactions through the most widely used mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

Deposited funds must come only from the mobile banking number registered to the account. Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be returned, though a processing fee may be deducted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Before processing a withdrawal request, ensure that your KYC verification is complete and any applicable wagering requirements have been met. Daily and weekly maximum withdrawal limits may apply, and ec365 reserves the right to change these at any time.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from ec365 are provided under specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus means you fully accept the terms and conditions associated with that bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

  • The bonus applies to the first deposit only
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed
  • The bonus claim period is fixed — expired bonuses are automatically cancelled
  • ec365 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected

5.2 Ongoing Promotions and Cashback

Under the loyalty program, VIP members receive weekly cashback. Benefits increase progressively from Bronze to Diamond tier. Each promotion has specific terms and an expiry date, which are listed on the promotions page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, placing opposing bets using bonus funds, or using bonuses in any other dishonest way is prohibited.

6. Gaming Rules

Specific gaming rules apply to all games available on ec365 — cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing, and diving. Detailed rules for each game can be found on the relevant game or tournament page.

6.1 Betting Rules

  • Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled
  • Incomplete bets due to technical errors will be settled at ec365's discretion
  • All sports betting, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), is settled based on the official match result
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled accordingly

6.2 Game Fairness

All games on ec365 are operated using software from internationally recognised game providers. In RNG (Random Number Generator) based games, each outcome is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous results. Ensuring fair play is our priority.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ec365 platform and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

  • Creating and operating multiple accounts
  • Registering with a false or fake identity
  • Using another person's account or selling/transferring an account
  • Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
  • Collusion or coordinated fraudulent betting
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
  • Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
  • Placing opposing bets with the intention of abusing cashback or bonuses
  • Inappropriate or threatening behaviour toward platform staff

Warning: If fraudulent activity is detected, the account will be terminated immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 ec365's Rights

ec365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • If evidence of a terms violation is found
  • If fraudulent or dishonest activity is suspected
  • If KYC verification has not been completed
  • Under instruction from a regulatory authority
  • If there has been no activity on the account for an extended period (more than 12 months)

8.2 Requesting Account Closure Yourself

You may request account closure at any time via live chat. Before the account is closed, any pending bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled or the bonus must be cancelled. The standard process must be followed to withdraw any remaining balance.

If a technical issue causes an error in the outcome of a bet or a transaction, ec365 reserves the right to make the final decision on the matter.

12. Terms & Conditions Changes

ec365 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify members via their registered email or through the site.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you accept the new terms and conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly. If you disagree with the changes, you may request to close your account.

13. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by international online gaming regulations. It is the responsibility of Bangladeshi users to comply with the applicable digital commerce laws and policies of Bangladesh.

Users are responsible for verifying local laws and regulations themselves. ec365 is obligated to cooperate with the relevant authorities in any legal proceedings or investigations.
